Please note that you will be asked a series of questions, and your responses will be used as part of the screening process of your application. Have you used marijuana (to include products with unlawful amounts of THC) within the last 90 days? Please note although certain states have legalized the use of marijuana federal law and policy still prohibit illegal drug use while occupying a sensitive position or holding a security clearance. Products labeled as hemp-derived that contain greater than 0.3% THC continue to meet the legal definition of marijuana and therefore remain illegal to use under federal law and policy.*

Have you used illegal drugs within the last year, to include the misuse of prescription drugs or any other legal substances, with the intent to induce or achieve a recreational high? If your only illegal drug use involves marijuana or products with unlawful amounts of THC more than 90 days ago, you should answer "no" to this question.*
